TOS:

The commissioner will pay half the price upfront and the remaining half after the full-resolution renders are created but before they are provided.The artist charges an additional $25 for the project files. The commissioner has the right to use these files, including creating derivative works. The artist makes no guarantees that the project files will be suitable for any use other than recreating the provided render. (This option is not recommended)Neither the final renders nor the project files may be used for commercial purposes (Commercial rights can be negotiated). The artist's signature shall not be present in any derivative work. A notice must accompany the derivative work providing credit to the artist for creating the original work and explaining that the work is a derivative created by the commissioner or an agent of the commissioner.The commissioner has the right to receive a full refund if completed renders are not provided by the agreed-upon due date. If no date is agreed upon, then 30 days after the first payment shall stand as the due date.The artist has the right to refund and cancel the project at any time for any reason.The artist reserves the right to reject any request for any reason. The artist is open to hearing all requests; however, sexually explicit references must not be provided without permission.The commissioner retains the right to their respective character, the artist will not make any work of the provided character without permission. If a refund is granted for any reason, the artist reserves the right to use the work for any purpose after modifications have been made to make the character distinct.
